The Muungano Innovation Conference 2026 brings together universities and colleges across Zanzibar to promote innovation, creativity, and the development of practical solutions to societal challenges. I participated as an exhibitor, demonstrating my project, AI-Powered Breast Cancer Screening System. The conference provides an opportunity for higher learning institutions to showcase their innovations and compete by presenting their best projects. Participating institutions select three leading projects, which are evaluated and ranked, with prizes awarded to the winners. The conference encourages collaboration, knowledge exchange, and innovation among students and institutions.
