Leadership Training Program

The Leadership Training Programme brings together leaders from the Student Union of the State University of Zanzibar (SUSO) to strengthen their leadership knowledge and skills. Conducted under the Zanzibar Public Leaders Ethics Commission (ZPLEC), the training provides an opportunity to learn about effective leadership, ethical conduct, leadership responsibilities, and the roles of leaders in their respective institutions. It aims to develop responsible, accountable, and effective leaders who can serve their communities and institutions with integrity.
